Podcasts can be such a great thing to listen to when you are driving in the car, doing household chores, or just hanging out. The reason I love podcasts is because they can give you positivity, tips on issues going on in your life, and just down-right funny commentary.
When it comes to taking control of your mental health, podcasts can be a great and easy way to get your mind on the right track. Hence, the Ultimate Podcast Playlist! These are my favorite finds. Best Podcast Finds
- Motivational High-Five: This podcast is all things motivational. It has a great resource of tools and insight on how to live a life of positivity and stress free. The best part, it’s short and sweet! Doing something under 15 minutes, this one works perfect!
- Rise: You know I’d put this one in. Seriously, Rachel Hollis is a goddess and has such a great perspective on a woman’s mindset. She talks all things about how to combat a negative mindset, how to love yourself, and how to live an amazing life.
- Not Another Anxiety Podcast: This talks all things anxiety. They interview professionals on different mental health topics. They also talk about how your gut and your health are connected.
- The Anxiety Coaches Podcast: This podcast has great tools for combating and dealing with your anxiety. They also provide great resources on how to make your nutrition work for you, not against. you.
